To me, experience means
taking responsibility.
For more than two decades, I have combined technical depth with strategic thinking and business responsibility. What interests me is how technology can improve things for people, processes and products, rather than technology for its own sake.
My background
From code to decisions.
My professional journey began with vocational training as an IT specialist in application development. It went on to include support, desktop, web and database applications, technical design, project management, client consulting and eventually responsibility for an entire team.
Today, I am one of two managing directors of an advertising agency in Essen. I develop technical concepts, manage complex projects and translate business requirements into clear, robust and commercially viable solutions. And because I still enjoy development itself, I continue to work on software, digital products and new technologies.

It needs to make a difference.
For me, good digitalisation begins with an honest question: what should become easier, clearer or more reliable for the people involved? That applies to conventional software just as much as to automation and AI.
I bring people, processes and technology together, provide direction and create clear structures. My focus is on solutions that go beyond looking good in a presentation and hold up in everyday work — secure, understandable and built to last.
